Planium Support

Need help with Planium or your Softium account? There is no support desk and no ticket system — Planium is made and run by one person, and you reach that person directly.

I usually reply within a few days. Please include your username and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it happened — that is normally enough for me to find the problem.

Common requests

• Forgot your password — use the password reset page.
• Report a user or a message — use the report option in the app; reports are reviewed by me.
• Delete your account — you can do this yourself in the app, under Settings → Profile → Delete account. Deleted accounts can be reactivated within 14 days by signing in again.
• A copy of your data — email me and I will send a machine-readable export to your account's email address.
• Anything else — bugs, questions, feedback: just email me.
